I just wanted to tell you about an experience I had today and thank you for hiring such amazing people to represent your company!! I was sitting in a parking lot in Middleburg (by the Ace Hardware) for 2 hours with a flat tire, with my 16 yr old daughter. I was unable to get in touch with anyone to pick us up or help us and my husband couldn't come because we only have one vehicle right now. For TWO very long hours men drove by us and looked at us like 'boy, that sucks' but not even slowed down. I got out and tried to work on it with no luck - still just being looked at by people passing by UNTIL... Clyde and John (the owner Jim's son - what a sweetheart he is!!) saw us. Clyde pulled up and asked if we had someone coming to help us. I told him now - almost in tears - and he asked if I had a spare. I told him I did and he said, "Hey, we'll change it for you, no problem!!" They were AMAZING!! We talked and laughed while they changed the tire. I gave them both a hug and we were safely on our way. I can NOT tell you how very much I appreciated that. When I need plumbing work done I will never call anyone else and will let all my friends know as well. So thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I met Jim because I won the bid on the Extreme Home Makeover Plumbing Service. Jim and Harold are prompt, reliable, and friendly. They are extremely knowledgeable and I highly recommend them. They did a great job putting in a new water heater and replacing the toilet and shower in my main bathroom. I felt like I had my own Extreme Home Makeover. I will definitely use them again.

The best way I can describe working with Jim Pelky and his crew at Clay County Master Plumbers is like having good neighbors over to help with a project.  I have called on Jim several times for everything from a leaking pipe to major remodeling, and always he has been professional, pleasant, punctual, and skillful.

The biggest project on which I worked with Jim was our bathroom remodeling.  There are pictures of the finished job on CCMP’s web site.  Whether or not you like the style, the results are what my wife and I wanted!  We love it.

I interviewed two other contractors who advertised bathroom remodeling that didn’t even offer a response to my request for bids.  I guess the job was too big for them.  I’m so glad I asked Jim for his advice on how to proceed.  He showed up with a plan, a quote, and was ready to start in a reasonable amount of time.

When we started to remodel, my wife and I had definite plan in mind as to what we wanted, but details come up that are unthought-of at the beginning, there are unknown obstacles, sometimes we changed our minds (Uh Oh), and, of course, my wife and I had divergent opinions on some things.  Jim worked us through all of this to finish up with two very satisfied clients.  Jim even made an extra effort to fix a minor problem even before I noticed it.  In fact I probably would never even considered it a defect, but Jim insisted on setting it right.

I want to thank Robert, Jeff, and John for working hard, being thoughtful, and pleasant for the length of the remodeling job.
